Hey guys, haven't posted in a long time. I'm technically in exam mode now, so no faffing about. Just wanted to show you a new cereal that I found in Taste.
Nutrition information:
Energy (per 100g) 338kcal
high fibre, good source of carbohydrates
containes cereals (wholegrain wheat flakes, barley); dried fruit (apple, raisins, cranberries, banana, sultana)
It's unlike the First Choice fruit & nut crisp, if this is eaten alone it tastes quite bland. Recommended to eat with skimmed milk, a bowl for breakfast, anyone?
