Recipe of the month: Ham & Cheese Omelette
To all of you out there who love the ham-cheese-egg combination, beware! It's spelt OMELETTE, not omelete. Keep it prim and proper, please.

Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 120mL milk
  • 115g ham, diced
  • 70g cheese, shredded
  • salt & pepper
  1. Preheat oven to 165 degrees Celsius.
  2. Beat eggs in a large bowl, making sure that they are mixed very well and have a 'frothy' top. 
  3. Add the milk, salt and pepper. Mix well. 
  4. Stir in ham, then add cheese pieces and stir well. 
  5. Pour mixture into a well greased casserole dish and bake in the preheated oven for 40 to 50 minutes or until top is lightly browned.
